PAGEONE Group’s President and COO has served on the jury of The International Business Awards and chairs a judging committee in the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards.

The International Business Awards, known as the “International Stevies,” call themselves the world’s only international, all-encompassing business awards program. Among the professionals who have helped decide its honorees is Vonj Tingson, President and Chief Operating Officer of PAGEONE Group in the Philippines.

The Sole Filipino On The Jury

Vonj Tingson was named the only Filipino judge for the International Business Awards in the PR and Corporate Communications category. He called it an honor to judge the Corporate Communications/PR category, where the competition is truly world-class.

The appointment carries weight because of how the program picks its winners. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Stevie placements come from the average scores of judges in an independent judging process. Organizations cannot apply directly for the highest honors, the Grand Stevie Awards. The most-honored winners are decided by a points system based on their Gold, Silver, and Bronze wins, and the highest-rated honors are based on judges’ average scores. In other words, the jury’s scores determine every outcome.

The Scale Of The Competition

The IBAs are now in their 23rd year. The 2026 edition drew more than 3,800 nominations from organizations in 78 nations and territories, and more than 210 professionals worldwide judged them over a three-month process. Winners were announced on August 12 and are being honored today, October 28, at a red-carpet gala at the Pullman Paris Montparnasse in Paris, France.

Chairing A Jury In The Asia-Pacific Stevies

Tingson’s role in the Stevie Awards has since grown. In the 2026 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, he chaired the judging committee for Corporate Communications/PR & Media, which covered publications, video, social media, podcasts, websites, and apps. Judging for that program was done by more than 250 members across six specialized committees, whose average scores decided the Gold, Silver, and Bronze winners.

A Track Record That Informs His Judgment

Tingson came to the judging table with a record as both a practitioner and an innovator. In 2023, Provoke Media named him to its Innovator 25 list of top marketing and communication professionals in Asia-Pacific. Explaining his approach to creative leadership. That same year, he won a Platinum award at the 2023 Hermes Creative Awards for his body of work on WILDFYRE, an online platform for bloggers that he developed.

He also knows the Stevies from the entrant’s side. PAGEONE won two awards at the 2019 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards, for Innovation in the Use of Social Media and Innovation in the Use of Video. PAGEONE also appears among the Bronze Stevie winners in the 2024 Asia-Pacific Stevie Awards program book.

Leading One Of The Philippines’ Most Awarded Agencies
