Legal-literacy campaign on the Safe Spaces Act reached up to 30,000 viewers per video by meeting Filipinos inside the platforms they already use
Sarangaya Law Office’s social-media legal-literacy program, SABAY-SABAY NA SIGAW, was honored at the 22nd Philippine Quill Awards, organized by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) Philippines and held on August 27, 2026, at the Solaire Resort Entertainment City in Parañaque City.
The Award of Merit was presented under Division 4: Communication Skills, Category 23 – Social Media, placing Sarangaya Law Office among a select group of honorees recognized for excellence in this highly competitive category.
The Honored Entry
The award recognized the entry “SABAY-SABAY NA SIGAW: How Sarangaya Law Office Taught a Whole Nation the Law in the Place It Already Lives,” produced by PAGEONE for Sarangaya Law Office, with Advocacy Partners Asia serving as principal and entrant of record. Across September to October 2025, the program built awareness of the Safe Spaces Act (Republic Act No. 11313) by deploying content simultaneously across a 70-platform Facebook network, reaching between 20,000 and 30,000 views per video with no paid promotion.
At the heart of the campaign is a simple but powerful argument: mass legal literacy is best achieved by meeting the public inside the platforms they already live in, not by summoning them to the law.
For Sarangaya Law Office, the Award of Merit affirms that thoughtful, community-first legal communication can hold its own against the country’s biggest brands and agencies on one of the industry’s most prestigious stages.
