Recognizing excellence across individual achievement, workplace culture, and social impact, this year’s program celebrated the trailblazers driving meaningful change across one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

Honored across individual categories were Nicky Wang of We. Red Bridge, Deepali Saini of Think Design Collaborative, Kanako Inomata of Zespri International Limited, Anupama Ramaswamy of Havas Creative India, Karen Chan of FairPrice Group, Merlee Cruz-Jayme of The Misfits Camp, Nisha Singhania of Infectious, Ignatia Suwarna of DANA, Linh Nguyen of Ogilvy Group Vietnam, Rina Yoshida of GumGum, Rui Ding of SGD Pharma Asia Pacific, Jacquie Alley of The Media Store, and Deirdre Chew of StackAdapt, among others whose contributions continue to elevate leadership standards across the region.

Company recognition highlighted organizations committed to building better workplaces. In Social Impact Marketing Excellence, Zespri International Limited’s Bento Box 2.0 campaign claimed Gold, with Ampersand Advisory’s Stop That Dot Together earning Silver.

The program’s highest individual honor went to Merlee Cruz-Jayme of The Misfits Camp and Jayme Headquarters in the Philippines, who was named Woman Leading Change of the Year — recognizing her sustained commitment to diversity, inclusion, and creative leadership across the industry. Zespri International Limited was also named Grand Prix winner for Best Workplace for Women, capping a remarkable showing for the New Zealand produce brand across multiple categories.

The Campaign Asia Women Leading Change Awards 2026 reaffirmed that progress in the Asia-Pacific marketing industry is being led by women who are not only excelling in their fields but transforming the organizations and communities around them.
