The Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) has formally opened the entry submissions for the 61st ANVIL Awards, the country’s most distinguished recognition program in the field of public relations. For over sixty years, the ANVIL Awards has stood as the definitive benchmark of communications excellence, honoring initiatives, campaigns, and tools that demonstrate innovation, strategic insight, and measurable impact.
Anchored on the theme “The 61st Second: Pushing Past Possibilities,” this year’s program encourages practitioners and organizations to transcend traditional approaches and embrace transformative strategies that reflect the demands of an increasingly dynamic communications landscape. The theme underscores the growing importance of agility, relevance, and influence in shaping narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and contribute to meaningful change.
As part of its preparations, PRSP will conduct the annual “How to Win an ANVIL” learning session on August 26, 2025. The seminar will provide participants with comprehensive guidance on updated mechanics, enhanced judging parameters, and effective practices for developing competitive entries. Key milestones include the official opening of submissions on August 15, 2025, the entry deadline on November 15, 2025, and the highly anticipated Gabi ng Parangal on January 28, 2026.
Now in its 61st year, the ANVIL Awards continues to affirm its stature as the premier platform for recognizing exemplary work in Philippine public relations, celebrating not only creativity and innovation but also authenticity, accountability, and the power of communication to influence progress and inspire trust.
