Hong Kong China Rugby (HKCR) has announced the appointment of Jon Pallett as the organization’s new Head of Communications. Pallett, who joined the National Sports Association in early 2024, brings extensive global experience in sports PR, media management, and marketing.

Pallett’s career includes significant roles with major sports teams and international events, including the Toronto Wolfpack (Canada), Dragons Rugby and Glamorgan Cricket (UK), and the Sydney Sixers (Australia). He also spent two years in Doha working with the local organizing committee for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and played a key role in the London 2012 Olympics.
