The International Association of Business Communicators (IABC) NSW, in partnership with FTI Consulting, is set to host a 90-minute crisis management workshop titled “Play Out a Crisis – Decision Making Under Pressure.” The event will take place on Wednesday, 18th September at FTI Consulting, Level 22, Gateway Building, 1 Macquarie Place, Sydney.
Facilitated by Ben Hamilton, Senior Managing Director at FTI Consulting, the interactive session will immerse participants in a real-time crisis scenario, pushing their decision-making skills under evolving information and time constraints. Designed to challenge both seasoned professionals and newcomers to crisis management, the session offers valuable insights into crisis response strategies.
