Milk & Honey PR has appointed Richard Bagnall as Group Non-Executive Director, bolstering its senior leadership team. Bagnall, known for his expertise in media intelligence and communications evaluation, joins alongside Claire Lematta, who has been with the firm since April 2023.

Bagnall, who recently concluded his tenure as Co-CEO of CARMA and served as Chair of the International Association for Measurement and Evaluation of Communication (AMEC), will advise Milk & Honey PR across its global offices in Singapore, the UK, the US, and Germany. His role will focus on advancing best practices in evaluation, data analytics, and scaling operations.

Kirsty Leighton, Founder and Group CEO of Milk & Honey PR, emphasized the strategic importance of Bagnall’s appointment, saying, “Richard brings the perfect blend of agency leadership, data analytics and measurement expertise and passion for client service excellence. He will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of our purpose and sustainability offering and more importantly, demonstration of return on investment,” said Kristy.

Bagnall commented on his new role, stating, “ESG communications has never been more important and in the next 12 months we expect increased scrutiny, particularly as new regulations will pose challenges when it comes to greenwashing, however, there will also be new opportunities to ensure the integrity of stories being told. I can’t wait to get stuck into this exciting new role and be part of Milk & Honey’s ongoing success.”

Bagnall’s appointment follows recent developments at Milk & Honey PR, including the launch of the technology and AI division, NU, led by Sanjiv Winayak, and the imPACT sustainability division, led by Kirsty Howe.
