MacKillop, who brings over 20 years of extensive experience in communications and public relations, previously served as Chief Corporate Affairs Officer at Western Sydney International Airport.
In his new role at Snowy Hydro, MacKillop will oversee responsibilities such as reputation management, sustainability initiatives, community engagement, brand architecture, internal communications, and media and stakeholder relations. MacKillop’s career has spanned various sectors, with a strong focus on government and public affairs. He has held senior roles in the NSW Government and has significant experience in agency-side marketing and public relations consultancy. His background includes broadcasting roles as a producer at 2GB and contributions to News Australia’s digital channels.
