Shek brings over 16 years of experience in communications and media, having held leadership positions in several prominent companies. Before joining Shangri-La Group, she served as Managing Director of Communications at CBC Group in Shanghai, where she played a significant role in shaping the company’s global communications strategy. Her extensive experience includes senior communications roles at leading technology and e-commerce giants, such as Pinduoduo, Ant Group, and JD.com.

In her new position, Shek will be responsible for steering Shangri-La’s corporate messaging and strengthening the brand’s presence in key markets.
