The PRCA APAC Workplace Champions acknowledges and celebrates outstanding organizations that value workplace culture, prioritize the well-being of their employees by producing positive environments where employees can excel and grow.

Workplace Champions is dedicated to recognizing both agencies and in-house teams that demonstrate exceptional commitment to developing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere for their colleagues.

Several awards highlight those organizations that set the standards, promote equal opportunities, and encourage positive interactions for all stakeholders.

The team’s commitment to diversity and inclusivity, alongside their adherence to ethical principles, will be evaluated based on the given criteria. These criteria feature six categories: Very Small Agency, Small Agency, Medium Agency, Large Agency, Very Large Agency, and In-house Team.

Garnering the title of Workplace Champion requires adherence to the following four key attributes: Employee Welfare, Account Management, Recruitment and Retention, and Business Practices.

Organizations recognized as Workplace Champions are those that showcase their dedication to ensuring every employee feels appreciated, respected, and listened to, regardless of their position within the company.
