Sicilia brings with her extensive experience from Xiaomi Indonesia, where she served in a senior marketing communications role for over seven years. Her deep understanding of the industry and proven track record in strategic communication make her a valuable addition to the Praxis leadership team.

Before her tenure at Xiaomi, Sicilia was one of the earliest members of the Praxis team.
