The International Business Awards (IBA), a program of the prestigious Stevie Awards that deals with the world’s premier business awards, has officially announced its winners from companies worldwide, including the Philippines.

The Stevie Awards have a total of eight programs that each have their own focus and categories, receiving over 12,000 nominations every year. For the International Business Awards, the categories were related to all organizations around the world that deal with all of their accomplishments in any aspect of work life.

The annual IBA determines its winners by evaluating entries from participants worldwide through its partner judges, who are over 230 professionals from different countries.

This year, the International Business Awards proudly announced its notable winners that have shown exceptional initiatives in fostering development in their workplace and employees’ growth.

For this year’s recognition, IBA gathered candidates from countries such as the Philippines, Australia, the United States, Germany, Canada, and Vietnam.

Showing an extraordinary performance in creating a healthy environment in the workplace, candidates from the Philippines won numerous awards, from Gold Stevie Awards to Bronze Stevie Awards. Relating to these awards, it has shown how Filipinos take time to consider the situation and improvement of employees in the workplace.

Other than announcing the winners, the International Business Awards also disclosed that they will have an in-person celebration for the winners at a gala event in Rome, Italy, on October 13.
