JLL Appoints Lydia Sheridan As Head Of Marketing For Australia And New Zealand

Global commercial real estate and investment management firm, JLL, has announced the appointment of Lydia Sheridan as Head of Marketing for Australia and New Zealand. In her new role, Sheridan will lead a team responsible for the strategy and execution of all marketing activities in the region. She will also join JLL’s Australasian Executive Committee and the Global Field Marketing Leadership Team.

Sheridan brings 17 years of experience in marketing and communications, most recently serving as JLL’s Head of Marketing in New Zealand for two years. Before that, she worked as Head of Marketing and Communications at Eke Panuku Development, Auckland Council’s urban development authority, overseeing marketing and communications for urban regeneration programs across Auckland, as well as the city’s property portfolio.

JLL’s CEO for Australia and New Zealand, Dan Kernaghan, said, “We are thrilled to announce Lydia as the new Head of Marketing for JLL Australia and New Zealand. Her appointment marks a significant step in differentiating our firm in the market.
