The scholarship, valued at AUD3,000, is open to IABC members in the Asia Pacific Region, offering assistance in covering ticket or travel costs associated with the 2024 World Conference. To vie for this coveted opportunity, applicants are encouraged to showcase their creativity and personality by completing the statement, “Communication can deepen…” in 25 words or less.
Applications can be submitted to iabcasiapacific@gmail.com with the subject line “2024 World Conference Scholarship” until 11:59 p.m. AEDT on Friday, January 19, 2024. The chosen recipient will be notified via email and announced on the IABC Asia Pacific website on Thursday, January 25, 2024.
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:
- Not already registered for the World Conference
- Able to travel to Chicago between 23-26 June 2024
- A member in good standing of IABC at the time of the World Conference
- Based in the Asia Pacific Region
