The Digital Cooperation Organization (DCO) has appointed Rebecca Cousins as Chief of Outreach and Global Communications. Based in Riyadh, Cousins joins the DCO following more than six years at Red Sea Global, where she most recently held the position of Senior Director – PR & Communications.

With nearly 15 years of experience in the region, Cousins has worked across Saudi Arabia and the UAE, specializing in marketing, communications, and sales. Her career also includes agency experience at Burson, bringing a broad perspective to her new role at the DCO.
