Carolina Ng has been named Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at the Singapore Business Federation, bringing with her over two decades of expertise in corporate and asset branding, marketing, and communications. Prior to this appointment, she spent four and a half years at Lendlease, where she was part of the country leadership team, managing markets in both Singapore and Malaysia.
Ng’s extensive experience also includes key leadership roles at Far East Organization and Epicentre, further solidifying her credentials in driving strategic marketing initiatives and enhancing corporate brand presence. In her new role, she is expected to lead efforts to strengthen the federation’s marketing and communications strategies, advancing its position as a leading voice for businesses in Singapore.
