Archetype has announced the appointment of Yeow Mei Ling as the new Head of Strategy and Innovation for the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, marking a significant step in strengthening the firm’s regional capabilities.

In this new leadership role, Mei Ling will work closely with teams across various markets to further expand and elevate the company’s client service offerings. Her focus areas include crisis preparedness and issues management, executive presence, and change communications—key areas that reflect the evolving needs of clients navigating complex business environments.

With more than 25 years of regional communications experience, Mei Ling brings to the role a deep understanding of market dynamics and a proven ability to lead and transform teams. Prior to this appointment, she served as APAC Deputy Regional Director and Managing Director for Southeast Asia at Archetype. Throughout her career, she has acted as a senior advisor to numerous clients and has successfully led operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and Greater China.
